MY STORY
Behind the Words
An award-winning investigative and enterprise reporter with strong research, engagement and narrative skills.
With seven years of demonstrated history of working in the newspaper, public radio and TV news industries and a professional mentor to young journalists.
I am currently a freelance mental and behavioral health reporter based in the Southwestern United States, but continue to cover these stories at a hyperlocal level across the nation.
I covered mental and behavioral health in New York including the intersection of the COVID-19 pandemic and mental and behavioral health through the national service program Report For America from 2019 to 2022 at Spectrum News 1 Buffalo.
